  There is no OU, free energy, or even any excess energy, much less self running in an oscillator circuit with NO feed back loop.
At least I have not seen it. Wishful thinking maybe. No where has it been shown and replicated to proof the point.  So far, all the circuits that I've built and seen are LESS efficient than the normal efficient 92% or higher efficiency PS that can be bought and used presently. That has been my truth up to now. Hoping to change that in the near future.

   BTW:  Poma does use a ground line. And has not shown self running without it, like Akula has.
But, only without a ground line connected for a minute, before something burns up. As Akula mentioned.

I hate to spoil your way of thinking BUT a huge care battery with one leg still on it will still work as an earth.
