You can ignore copy of old Kapanadze videos.
The explanation with circuit diagram after is where it was supposed to show how extra energy is added to the output.


The charging of air capacitor (antenna-L4) with train pulses (100Hz HV circuit on/off repetition in addition to Tesla coil free oscillations) from Tesla coil claimed to be adding energy to the output. Unfortunately no claim supporting recorded videos with experiments are following it. So back to square one... ;)

Just a watt, Oh come on your playing with us, the coils are not  any thing like each other in the video and your photo.
The one in your photo is more like a Delmorto device than a Ruslan device.
