T1000 I know what you are saying but lets re define and clear up the nano pulse thing it was explained in a good few of
the Russian language YOUTUBE video's it's not necessarily a nano width ultra fast up down pulse as such or down up
pulse it appears to be just a slow charge and a nano pulse DISCHARGE through the katcher secondary with a recovery time
it's used in high voltage Tesla Corona discharge displays circuits.

Notice the EXAMPLE circuit, it does not switch rail to rail and most of the power is lost in heat (wast) and is just a wast of space.  :o sorry  but it's true.

There is few more things in the circuit I shared
See the kacher part in left side Tesla coil he used 2sc5200 and diode towards the ground.
And in other right side Tesla coil he used 1943 and diode is from ground towards Tesla coil.

I have question for 700 khz and 720 khz what should be the length of the Tesla coil be. Will it be less than 10 cm

The length depends on your wire's diameter and your pipe's diameter. As a start go to this link.

You insert your frequency and you get the meters of the full wave. You divide it by 4 and you have your katcher's wire length.
For 700KHz you need 107m of wire for your katcher. Now, if you know the diameter of your pipe and wire, we can calculate the total length on pipe. ;)
