What on earth are you building ? 16 X 24 =  384 that's not zero point !

   Th  bigger output PS should work ok, but it may not be as economical on the draw as the 240w ones, at 24v.But, I am not sure about that. The ones that have a fan can draw a bit more current.
  So you need two 12v 7ah batteries, as well as the feed back power supply 24v 7 amp.
30 meter ground line, and copper grounding rod. That's where things start to get costly.

The circuit will only take from it what it would take and nothing more.

  Yeah, right.  It should work. I try to use the same  PS unit in my replication, as Ruslan or Stalker, so things are as close to being the same. But those el cheapo 12v  batteries don't last very long before disolving to dust inside.
