Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Unfortunately now, Stefan Hartmann is very ill and He needs our help
Stefan wanted that I have all these massive data to get it back online
even being as ill as Stefan is, he transferred all databases and folders
that without his help, this Forum Archives would have never been published here

I got this same starting message of max quotes too and then next log on for 4 days was Forbidden 403 error.     we must be on to something!!   somewhere   I have tree systems here and all were the same errors.

Harti where is the video that was in the second spot last week that had a boxmotor (as the guy descripition said) with six coils and it was about 1.8 feet across upright motor that he was charging TWO auto batteries with at 14 amps with input around very small input from another smaller battery.  He was excited and it looked real.  The motor kept gaining speed and put out more and more amps at 12VDC approx.  ??  Please link us to it again.

Thx Mags,  how exactly would I look him up?  Is it Overunity or what?

And I just read about gravity being nothing more than equal pressure from all sides except earth blocks some of that pressure and we are "pushed" down toward the lesser force.  Wonder if we can apply that to all forces? (electricity,mags,taxes...wait  sry bout that last one)!!  But taxes do push us all down a bit.

The forum owner(Stephan?) should check on http://www.mkyong.com/mysql/how-to-modify-the-max_questions-resource-value-in-mysql/ and change value to at least 1000 000 ...
Also there is explanation about values in http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/user-resources.html - "The max_questions, max_updates, and max_connections columns store the per-hour limits"
That's good advice but I think somebody recently updated the max_questions resource limit from 50 000 to 100 000 so they apparently know how to do it.

max_questions is the maximum amount of times the database user "12345" is allowed to query database metadata per hour.
There's a separate max_queries setting for regular data queries.

The real question is why is the database metadata queried 100 thousand times per hour ?!!!
Maybe some automatic backup process makes that many queries... could it be that both the forum and backup are run by the same database user - the infamous user "12345" ?

...or could it be that so many metadata queries are be caused by some kind of brute force password cracking run or a D.O.S. attack ?

The Admin should audit the source of so many database metadata queries!
