Having issue with site

I was trying to post just a smiley face on the real threads to bring them all to the top of the list and push down the huge spam posts. There are so many.

But My trying to do so gave me errors saying that i was posting too fast, less than every 10 seconds.    lol, I tabbed all the real threads, went through them all to set up a reply page, put up a smiley and posted. I was just a bit too fast for todays technology. ;]

Try to do a good thing and....   

Ya know, they have that technology that can recognize any song in less than 5 seconds. You might think that there is a program that recognizes the gibberish in those posts and deletes it so that the sight can run smoother when the captain is not at the helm. ;]

Tricky lil bastages. It just sucks. Eventually all the real threads are no longer there.

Something with this spamming. For a while before the smileys I put up, there wasnt any posts and there wasnt any spam. then soon after a post there is a spam or 2.

So it is either 1 of 2 things.

The site software has been compromised, or someone is watching the home page and doing it making it look like a bot.
