To aquire an expanded gas force heat is required.  To obtain a hydro turbine pressure force liquid must move.  A liquid at  9 bar pressure flowing at 1 litre per second produces 720 watts using a 82% efficient turbine.  CO2 when heated between 50*C and 80*C has an exploitable pressure of 7,000 bar.  Liquid flow at that pressure produce 560KW.  Using H20 to heat CO2 needs the H2O heated. For Heating Flowing Water KW = Liters/min. x Temperature Rise (°C) x 0.076. 60 x 50 x 0.076. Outcome required wattage for heat source 228KW. Hydro turbine power output = 1 x 7,000 :- 9 x 720 = 560KW.
