It is a great misfortune that the bulk
of the disinformation originated with
Steven Mark himself.

His attempts to conceal the true source
of the energy which appeared to be
produced by his devices has surely led
many interested persons far astray.

He could explain neither where the energy
came from nor how it was made manifest
so necessarily had to concoct numerous
false explanations to make it appear that
the devices themselves were responsible.

It is the same source which is exploited by
