Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I was examining an online engineering database at a major university to find what effects were listed as 'anomalies'.  It seemed that there were none of any significance anywhere in the world.  I take this as evidence of a severe conservatism within practical science, as if all observations can be explained with such ease that they need not even be mentioned. This, to me, is not a good sign.
I can think of 3 that might be mentioned:
1) atomic hydrogen effects - as originally described 70 or so years by Irving Langmuir. Like melting tungsten with simple equipment.
2) the electrohydraulic effect - described in translated Soviet studies in the '70's and taken up by Graneau in getting water to explode without evolution of steam/heat
3) Shoulders Charge Clusters - there were similar assertions of transmutation in exploding wire experiments many decades ago.  Shoulders claims the government wanted to suppress his patents but was too late legally.

I do not claim that any of the above are proven and accepted but I also think that they offer a greater realm of opportunity than much of the science-like word salad that often appears when free energy hopes are discussed. Perhaps there are other widely observed anomalies that should be cited, as well.

What is on this  pp. 140 - 148? Who knows?

QuoteDuring the Second World War, Frungel (1948) measured the unusual strength of water arc explosions.  He concluded that the explosions were not caused by heat and steam, and admitted freely that he was unable to explain the phenomenon. Soon after Frungel's publications, water arc explosions found applications in electrohydraulic metal forming (Gilchrist & Crossland 1967) and underwater pulse echo sounding (Frungel 1965).

Some very interesting things happen to metals when you subject them to the shockwaves generated from underwater arcs. This is one area that apparently has been investigated more by Russian scientists. A high energy shockwave can compress some metals to twice their normal density.
The compressed metal then "rebounds" explosively and under high enough shock, atomizes, leaving a hole! This phenomenon is described in Frungel, F., "High Speed Pulse Technology, Volume III", Academic Press,1976. Frungel also references parent source(s) of material by Al'tshuler, L.V., "Use of Shock Waves in High-Pressure Physics", Sov. Phys. Usp. 8, No. 1, 52-91 (1965).

Frungel (1948) discovered the working principle of water arc launchers. The arc was established in a small cavity between a vertical rod electrode and a coaxial ring electrode by the discharge of a capacitor. The unusual strength of the explosions led to the development of a new technology known as electro-hydraulic metal forming (Gilchrist and Crossland, 1967). It was clearly recognized from the start that water arcs were relatively cold and no steam was raised.

There is a conference at Mizzou in a month,
QuoteWelcome to the ICCF-18 Conference: "Applying the Scientific Method to Understanding Anomalous Heat Effects: Opportunities and Challenges."

IMO, the most compelling observations of anomalous heat events have been by the NRL team, where RF generation was observed to accompany anomalous heat events; see data below (from ICCF-17):

Hi all
Eighthman I do not know what is atomic hydrogen effects
but i tried one year ago simple experiment.
I conected one wire of transformer 220V/1000V to small metal
vessel filled with salted water and second transformer wire to the
aluminum electrode 3mm dia.
Then i kept electrode 2mm above water surface to start
electric arc . When i got arc Al electrode melted instantly
I was surprised when i saw on wattmeter display only 50W
el. consumtion during  electrode  melting proces.
Of course i tried many electrode metals and surface of tungsten
welding electrode melted around 200W.
