English is not the problem. The real problem is "step 3 get award" and of course your "proof".

Write your paper (publication, proof) in Polish. I hope you can formulate your "proof" in concise Polish. Then you go to a translation service in Poland and let it be translated into English.

I think that you should register your work as your work so that it cannot
be claimed by another person. Ask a patent agent how to do this.

The translation must be 100% mathematically accurate. This is difficult for
non-mathematicians, if not impoosible.

Then go to the Marthematics Department of the leading Polish university
for Maths, and ask them to translate it.
