Just come up an idea, let's discuss the feasibility.

- put a gravity dynamo under water, generate electricity while it sink or float
- the electricity is used to power a HHO generator
- the HHO is accumulated and eventually stop the gravity dynamo to sink and begin to float
- when the dynamo get back to the top, release the HHO and repeat the process to sink again

The output is HHO.
