Correa-Smith power from plasma

Search for Don Smith video where he said  about his plasma device something like  : "you take which is already there".
Energy is in plasma globe but was it from start or plasma was pumped with it ? I feel that it's only a good way to avoid lenz law.

A few people have tried replicating Don Smiths devices but all have failed. Some good one have appeared on OU.com. For example , http://overunity.com/502/i-tried-to-rebiuld-a-don-smith-device/#.VY4ZO2WDFkg   is a good effort.  It seems that the general opinion was that he is a fake, which is unfortunate.
Correa's invention, shares more in common with Cherneskii (or Chernetsky), where a large current pulse through a tube exhibiting a rising current/voltage , suddenly gives rise to a negative resistance pulse , with sometimes, an amplified current.  The Poulsen arc oscillator used this property to make an un-dampened radio transmitter with output powers of megawatts. The physics were well understood and there was no OU.
With Correa and Chernetskii, the question  is whether the measurements were accurately interpreted or not.  Pulses and out of phase i/V can easily  fool researches who are  not intimately  familiar with them.
