Hi all,

Here are some links to get you started.  This is  part of the secret of the Papp engine.

Easier to make than an engine, a heat source that puts out much more than put in.

I don't know why this experiment used a heating filament?  An electric arc is known to work ala the atomic hydrogen torch.  I guess they were just trying to recreate Langmuir's work?
