About a torque question

A circular thread can turn around blue axis. The thread is a solid like the linear thread used with bolt/nut. The thread is charge with negative value (sign - for electrostatic or North pole for magnetism). I put a red point charged with contrary sign (+ with electrostatic or South pole for magnetic). The red point can only turn around orange circle. Like the red point can only turn around orange circle the lateral force is canceled by orange axis I think but I'm not sure. There are only 2 rotations, thread around blue axis and red point around orange circle. For you the red point must used energy ?

For understand, take a linear thread in your hand and imagine a red point turn like orange circle. For me if distance from red point to top of local thread is always 0 there is no torque to red point. If it's not possible, if I add a lof of threads, red point turn around a lot of threads. Black thread turn clockwise and green threads turn anti clockwise direction. How is the force on red point in this case ?
