Why is everything in French on this site now for some reason?

I have been on here, several times today with no problems and now, when I get on the forums, everything is in French?  I mean, I can read the posts but, all of the headers and the commands are all in French.

Anyone else seeing this?

Nevermind.  I logged out and ran CCleaner and rebooted and all is well now.  I have no idea why that would happen.
