and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

  Hi Veproject 1.  !
Your question : "Unbalanced lever is able to run perpetually if...?
My  opinion    : ...IF you play variable leverage with two eccentered masses , only...
Take a look at an identical design , at :
  www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upp-Xr5JAg0
His proposal (as yours...) is : a centered mass + an eccentered mass (pendulum )

.....vs. "unbalanced leverS " (wheel...) , at :

...is a real cross-road to a workable gravity powered device.
So..."Qvo Vadis?"

Working Model  says this does not work

AB Hammer

Here is the first version of the approach I posted awhile back. It uses 2 but I have done test with 1 arm. They tend to have a side drag that stops them from working. Is it beatable to go perpetual? Possible but don't show much hope for strength. Other applications are possible for other designs but again they will have the same drag effect that slows them down. But you can get a nice run time with them. 8)
