HI,
Im still working on this project but I can not finish it because I dont have idea how to creat the last part.
I actually created real model from patent (see image) and does not work...
But I examined how it could work and tested it in simulation and real model and it works (how long is the spring)
So I will introduce you this on image and simulation. Please take a look both.

Explanation:
The shaft which push inner gear must be out of center to get effect...but when is not in center it can not move because inner gear have different motion when hits fixed gear...

So we need to figure out the part which will push inner gear when shaft is not in center...

I hope you understand me. All suggestions are welcome. If we succeed to assemble this to work I will share all information on how to build it here with everybody!
