I have seen their published data and the test protocol for what they are claiming is nearly as absurd as their claims.  1 kilo of water:  2/18 nuclear particles hydrogen protons, 2 hydrogen electrons,  8/18 oxygen neutrons,  8/18 oxygen protons, 8 oxygen electrons.  These lying Bozos are trying to foist the beyond Absurditydome claim that not only do they fission the oxygen, but they also convert the 8 oxygen neutrons into 8 hydrogen protons and 8 hydrogen electrons all without emitting any lethal radiation.  The claims are so stupid as to be completely insulting to anyone who can count.

As I recall, the "test lab" used a standard testing protocol, which I looked up and read carefully. I don't think the protocol as described is applicable to the system tested!
I don't remember the specifics at the moment-- after all it was a few weeks ago.

This is a much more recent test than the one I spoke with Chen about,it would be good to see the report,I believe the last one was more about the "quality and Purity" of the Gas as well as the quantity for input power .

He gets that part......


His entire lifes work and reputation is on the line here,as well as this testing Labs reputation.
First time you test a claim perhaps you can be caught off guard ,next time you have some history with the claim...


Tell me Mark E ...would you attach some liability to the Lab in this case for helping to perpetrate an obvious knee slapping, comedy act  fraud??[your opinion ,not mine]
