Ok, let's try looking at this from another angle
You are only putting enough DC electricity into this machine
To rotate your input pulley the once (minimal electricity)
Then through pulleys you are multiplying your rotations
You can use 10's to 100's of small pulleys
To rotate via pulley multiplication
Your 1cm pulleys turn 100 times each
Each one of these 100's of small pulleys
Has an AC generator on it to produce power

you must gain electricity from all of the AC generators

You cannot win:

Connect a pulley that is smaller by 1:N, then ideally that pulley rotates N times faster with 1/N torque.  Connect a pulley that is larger by N:1, then ideally that pulley has N times torque but rotates at 1/N rate.  In the ideal case you have transformed the power to a different speed without loss.  In reality, the bearings and coupling, such as a v-belt, chain, or toothed belt, all consume some of the power.

Personally I cannot wipe out this all as nonsense . Many similar patents which cover this subject and many yt-videos. But I consider this as a time and money consuming setup, which if it fails , you probably have done better to put solar panels on your roof with a storage battery bank. This would work for sure.
