Hi Everyone

Looking at the attached image, does anyone know if there will be an increase in the number of volts or amps in the green wire compared to the red wire? I'm thinking about something Steven Mark said on this subject and I'm wondering if this would really increase the power. 

I would try it myself, but I don't have access to the resources right now to carry out the test.
