Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Why we can't use electro static propulsion and replace gravity with static charge?

Yes, this is similar technique as well known lifters. But are there more effective electro static generators?
If so, why we do not use it?

I believe that this propulsion is hidden from our eyes for years. If simple adhesive tape, wool clothes, etc can make enough charge to levitate light things, why we can't create it in much greater extent with electricity?
It is very simple mechanism, yet well known effect, but unused pracically to these days.

Did you thought about boosting such effect? What about special atmosphere (using a gas)? What about increasing atmosphere temperature?
Pre-ionization air with lasers or other methods?

Can you describe limitations of this propulsion?

You should study LIFTERS  then.   I really think it has a lot of potential, but i'm more interested in getting energy first.

Yes, I study lifters too. I plan to build remotely controllable lifter with its power supply, batteries, etc.
Problem is too much weight, which should be reduced by helium or other gas until great efficiency from the lifter is gained.
Problem is with gas container, with normal baloon it will last for cca 7 hours which is not very good.

Joseph newman actually have a demo lifting a weighted balloon. He used a coil wrapped around the balloon enough that it would sink to the ground. By applying voltage to it, he demonstrated that it would float back in the air and orient itself with respect to the earth's magnetic field. You'll find a short clip of it in youtube usually in the same video as his newman motor.

There is a chance that you are not aware of the ELECTROGRAVITY research done and published by T. Townsend Brown beginning round about 1930 or so.

Last I looked, not too long ago, there was plenty of information available on the net if a search is made.
