LOL, you purport to know the strategy of a supposed plan so secret that even those carrying it out have no idea of its existence.  So in order to know such secrets you would have to be one of the conspirators.

Nay, the Grand Plan has been made available, for any
who might be interested, in numerous publications,
articles and opinion pieces scattered throughout the
information network.  The Council on Foreign Relations
and several "thinktanks" have publicized a great deal
and quite a lot is available within legislation and
executive orders.

The Elites never do anything at all without first making
their plans known through several avenues mostly
outside the public eye.  Those in the know do know
where to look.

The specifics are quite often detailed in various scientific
papers and journals.

The only Secrets in the PLAN relate to when and by whom
the numerous schemes are put into action.  Only a very
select few are given the advice to take cover.

The "warriors" who enforce the PLAN are never made
aware of anything.  They are simply expendable "cannon
fodder."
