Solution to Global Energy Crisis - the Antimatter Electrical Generator

I just stumbled on this web site after tracking down the inventor of a patent uploaded here in another message thread about the TPU.   His patent appears to be about a self running electrical generator.   But he also has a 100 page document titled 'The Solution the the Energy Crisis and Global Warming" subtitled the Antimatter Electrical Generator which is different from the patent I mentioned.   I haven't looked into this much as I don't have the time now but I didn't see any mention of it on overunity before in a search so I'm putting it up here to bring awareness of this inventor and his device(s).    He has a couple PDF's you can easily get from the main page of his web site listed below  describing all this.  His patent from the thread here on OU:   http://overunity.com/14640/tpu-successfull-replicaction-cop10-1kw-torroid/dlattach/attach/144761/

Apologies.  Apparently OU's 'Search' function isn't working all that well.  There was another thread started 7 years ago here on his patent.  I searched on "Molina" but nothing came up.  However some of his work since that time appears to be new and he has a different web site.

I have skimmed through it and it does seem interesting.

Attaching his PDF. His theory on pages 19-21 basically states that there must exist some form of fission of electron pairs when a magnetic field crosses through a conductor (into electron and positron) and he proposes some form of super laser where photons collide and create sub atomic particles and antimatter particles to be collected in a conductive shell around that laser chamber for electricity generation.

Dunno. It is not clear what type of fuel he proposes for the laser. Sounds interesting though.
