Tesla...don smith...Konstantin and working units the difference

I was going though several videos of him he said that the lower the watts the greater the over unity.the reason for that is the units pulling from the environment ..he's using a small ball looks like 4 or 5 inches and its only about a ft off the units  ground plane Tesla was way up in the air and used hi voltage where he's using 2 volts .don smiths work uses hi voltage and high frequency .there looks like there may be room for improvement.

What i'm getting at is your relying on 'hearsay' from what I can see none of you guys, (in the nicest possible way).
