Tesla...don smith...Konstantin and working units the difference

Hi many fail to replicate Tesla's work and don Smith's but Konstantin made it work and sells completed units very expensive!!. But by following Konstantins work ..his students hi 10 x over unity ..students yes he's a electrical engineering professor at a college in Germany . you can hit over unity .his units run on about 3 volts yet run motors and I think I saw a guy running a car circulating fan that's near 12 watts from microwatts .so what the difference between them ?. Tesla and Konstantin uses the ball in the air and it seems that they don't work with out one .don might of been protecting his work by not showing this .that ball sits in a atmospheric potential and the other end in earth ground .there's a current flowing there .so there's a connection to the earths electrical potential and ground the higher you go up the greater the potential .I don't think your getting something for nothing I think this is a energy extraction device energy from the sea of electrical potential .free like the rain not something for nothing just free.theres no reason for failure unless you've left out something .its proven to work but only with the balls in the sea of electrical potential earth energy.and hitting resonance making the wires super conductors. My problem is making a large enough coil to get the frequency down to a million hz so I can use a 555 timer and a MOSFET to run it .and how large is large enough ?.

You mean Prof. Konstantin Meyl ?
AFAIK he never has generated a single mW of extra energy with his devices.

And you know that how ? Its not his testimony or his demonstration  in truth I'd like to know if I'm been given misinformation .he has claimed that the extra energy is due to neutrinos coming from the sun being converted to electrons .he has written extensively on the subject. If your selling these units under false testimony your open for law suits .I haven't heard of any ?.

He is selling this stuff as 'experimental kit'. There are no claims that it will generate energy.

No I can't see doing that will make it happen, and you lost me with what was it a car circulating the fan?

I have seen the Don smith device it worked, whats more it was discoloring new bulbs as soon as he change
out the dud ones, you must be missing something out or your not copying his original and no i can't help you.
