I'm of the opinion that there is some suppression of technologies that could impact the bottom line of major companies or have National defence implications or public health concerns (where certain organizations might want to use the device but not want it known for reasons of future culpability), even over matters of improved efficiency in some technologies. These issues would generally be handled with monetary payment and contracts.

This case is not one of those as I see it.
