Maybe I'll pull out my Mostly Magnet Motor Super build and use the coils and super Neo's since the coils have super low DC resistance and do some new flyback tests.

Ah ha.  Possibly Tinman did get visited by Australia's version of the FCC?  Maybe his device was interfering with local TV and or radio signals?  If it made enough noise, then yes, he would get a visit.
This makes more sense than being shut down for having O.U.

Actually that doesn't make any sense either. With TV transmissions having switched to digital in many/most locations,
and FM radio being frequency modulation, they are affected little by electrical noise. Not many people listening to
AM radio these days as well. Most people listen to FM or satellite radio these days.
Also Tinman's motor setup is only low power. You'd have to be right next door and very close at that to pick up much noise from
a small electric motor like a vaccum motor.  I think someone would typically have to be putting out a lot of electrical noise with a fair bit of power
for quite some time before it got the notice of something like the FCC.

No, the flyback was wasted and could of been re-collected.
Without redoing the test, it would be safe to say that 50% of the Joule energy could be re-collected from flyback.

From my experience for best coil flyback collection is if the coil has less DC resistance as possible. I have had as much as 85% flyback energy re-collection.

yes,it would be a safe bet that you could recover 50% of the input energy from the inductive kickback. that would now bring your energy cost down to around 6.5mJ.

Do you know of the MEG setup of Tom Beardon's?
We know that the magnetic field is removed from that laminated block on the bottom of your setup,and long enough that the laminated steel block can escape the hold of that magnetic field. What if there was a coil wrapped around the center of that laminated block?. The magnetic field would be first removed from that laminated block/coil combo,and if the block could only drop say 5mm,when the current flow to the 2 coils is disconnected,the laminated block/coil combo would be attracted back to the laminated H core by the magnetic field,and once again current would flow through the laminated block coil.

So current is sent to the two coils on the H block setup,the magnetic field stop's flowing through the laminated block/coil combo,and current now flows through that coil. Current stops flowing through the two coils on the H block,and the magnetic field pulls the steel laminated block/coil combo back to the H block laminated core,and once again current flows through the coil on the laminated block. You now have an AC current flowing through that coil on the laminated block over each cycle of the H block. You now rectify this AC current flow,and catch it in a cap. You need only 8mJ to achieve  COP>+ once you can recapture that 50% of energy via the inductive kickback from the two coils on the H core. This is of course in regards to your posted video above.

Hi Tinman. If you are not under any restrictions on what you can say, then why not simply explain what happened,
and clear things up? Why all the mystery? Can't blame anyone for being very skeptical if you don't explain
here, as it does seem quite unlikely that anyone would be warned by the government or whatever just
because they posted a few videos showing some odd measurement results. It appears usually people have to
have pretty much a self running 'free energy' device/machine and be very public about showing it such as going on the local news
or demonstrating at public events and that sort of thing before a government or whoever might step in. This itself is just
based on hearsay of what some other free energy inventors have claimed. It would be really helpful to everyone here
if you explained more about what you have been hinting at in a few posts. If you are not under any gag order as you say, then
explaining what happened shouldn't be a problem, right?

Regarding some people jumping all over you because you don't want to reveal more details about your RT,
IMO it's totally up to you what details you want to reveal about how your setup works, and it is totally up
to you to decide what testing you will do, or what test results you will share. The crazy thing about this forum
and others is I see people jumping all over each other or otherwise often being quite rude and nasty with many
other people here, and then they actually expect that if someone figures out how to get COP > 1 that this person should 
share it with everybody here.    I don't know if you really have COP > 1, but your measurements that you
showed in your videos looked OK anyway just based on what can be seen. Since we don't know everything that is going on
behind the scenes in your setup, there is no way for anyone to know for sure if there is not some simple explanation for the mesaurement results.
