Is the Value of Pi wrong?

Could this really be true? Could we have been using the wrong value for pi for 2000 years? If so, what would be the implications?

Another very good reason to NOT dismiss the Decimal places of a double Precision Number!!!

That is okay, thanks for checking. Now we know that Brad's home made ring core has a permeability of 2.2 and with the given mechanical core sizes the inductance factor,  A_L, is 3 nH/N².
Just for a different cross-check: an air cored toroidal coil with N=200 turns gives cca 54.8 uH inductance (when the mechanical sizes are the same as for the coil with the molded core) and multiplying this 54.8 by u=2.2 the inductance is 120.5 uH, this is pretty close to the molded core coil inductance value.

In the meantime Brad wrote he did not press this core as much as he did with the previous one, so this explains the low value permeability hence the unusually low inductance for a toroidal core of this size when the number of turns is 200.
