You dont need precision pulse.

You need to not slow down either reflected and incoming. And be accelerating magnetic field.

The magnetic force is at lightspeed.

Both are same energy type.

Accelerate, and with enough density the electron should extend themselves and accleration at the right time will shift them beyond the boundary.

This is all Kinematics. Kinetics.

Physics only talk about thermionic, photoeletric, electron ejection.
