For tour DUMB BRAIN it looks like flow of Thorium could not even be liquid, as you have no idea that Uranium 233 is there.
The container is  closed. And than you make assumption  that ALL OF REACTORS LIKE THAT ARE FAKE.

And  even after you find out  that uranium is there than you might say:Uranium-233 is a fissile isotope of uranium that is bred from thorium-232 as part of the thorium fuel cycle

I wrote personal letter to EEVblog.
I doubt he would have balls  to respond to it.It takes a man to be a man. EEVblog upset me a lot   It is the first time  and  I have never responded this way to anyone.
It takes a lot of  ignorance to the simple science, from EEVblog to,  dishonor or simply offend  millions of people who put their time and education in FE.


The progress on this planet is based on people  curiosity.

I think, you do not have gods, to respond to my letter anyhow.

I found your  channel very much educating and entertaining.
I was impressed with your skills and the way you present it to the audience.


I remember you starting your business and   building your  future on YouTube.
I was one of your supporters thinking about donating you  some of equipment and/ or giving you financial help.


The future of our kids is in  the people like  you.


Please just realize how much of damage you make,  to the kids with  that one  video, where you just dump all of  human expectation in area of FE  into the garbage container, based on one simple guy who was not bright enough to know that he is wrong.


Yes you right. You made the right analysis, and presented right explanation.
However  to be FAIR   if you are a  man of honor.  you should create video that  if it is, not apology about your assumption, than  it is  at minimum an  explanation of your conduct.
There are some values in human life. I happened to be  is science for 30 years, in business for many years and yet I'm able to  say that I did not lose  the values I'm referring to.
You are just simply isolated man,  with your  "English only" from understanding  other people, at other  parts  of the world scientific achievements.

Maybe he didn't like your "tone" in the comment or the post. You are yelling at him (using all caps and boldface) and have a generally argumentative attitude. I can see why he didn't respond to that kind of flaming, or publish your comment. I probably would have reacted the same way. In fact you just called some of us "morons" I think, and I resent that.

But nobody needs to take Dave's word for anything, because he _shows_ what he is talking about and _demonstrates_ the validity of what he says. He made a couple of minor errors in the debunking video and you may not like his use of language... I don't like it much either, but I can choose to watch him, or not. And so can you. I've learned a lot from watching him and I can ignore the language because I understand where it comes from and I know that it is _not_ directed at me.... unlike your use of the word "moron".

As far as the specifics of his teardowns and ratings of various products, there are threads about them on EEVblog forum that you can read to see the discussions and criticisms and etc. from many other people, most of them professionals or advanced hobbyists. So once again you do not have to take Dave's word, he is not a "shill" for any particular manufacturer, he covers equipment from many sources and definitely does _not_ always give positive reviews.

Hey, I've got old analog equipment too. My favorite old scope is an HP180a, that still works perfectly after all these years (only had to repair it once.) It has an unbeatable dual-timebase that allows you to show half the screen at one rate and the other half at a greatly magnified rate, a very nice feature. It was given to me by a scientist who used it at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I also have a perfectly working Tek RM503 that was obtained in a NASA Ames surplus property sale, and also fixed by me. I love it for low-frequency signals, its differential inputs and its great X-Y mode, even though it is a single-trace scope. My primary Function Generator is an Interstate F43 high-voltage FG that will do 40V p-p. Somewhere buried in the stuff is an HP RF signal generator 8640B that I've restored. (It's for sale by the way.)  The Rigol DS1054Z will make a great and much needed addition to my "stable" and will fit nicely in the spot I have already prepared for it, and will allow me to retire, or send on to someone else, the donated old Link pc-parallel port based basic DSO that I sometimes use.
