I have already stated this many times, but for the sake of the learning process, I will say it again.

Bill Alek's Device, which is nearly exactly the same as my work, does work. I have verified it on the bench. Its using exactly the same processes that I have told you all about!

Bill Alek's device does not work.  You are simply establishing that once more you are not measuring properly.  You have already established that you have relied on improper measurements.
