Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hahaha - Maybe we can all use our VCM's to suck MileHigh into the next Millennium?

Well, do we really want to?

AC:

I did a great perception experience experiment related to the persistence of an image on your retina.   Call it "investigations into perceptual insanity."

Do you see that 1970s Vivitar flash gun?  I had that flash back in the 70s.  It's a really beefy very powerful flash.  You notice the 45 degree angle for doing a "bounce flash" off of the ceiling for softer flash pictures.  When it is in bounce flash mode it has an extra power boost to achieve that.  It makes a humongous flash of light, almost overwhelming.   Like staring into the sun.

Do you see the plastic army pieces from the "Risk" board game?  You notice that they are opaque.  For a few years they made the same pieces but they were made of coloured translucent plastic.

The Experiment:

You and your friends go into a pitch black room for about 1/2 hour.  You want your your pupils to fully dilate and you want your retina chemistry change so that it switches into high-light-sensitivity mode.  While you are waiting you smoke a really big fat joint to act as a catalyst for the experiment into perceptual insanity.

Then, with your monster Vivitar flash in high-power bounce mode, you sprinkle a bunch of translucent Risk army pieces all over the fresnel lens of the flash.

You and your fiends in the pitch black get as close as possible to the Vivitar flash to get the best view possible.

Then.......  *****POOF*****

lol   You see this *explosion* of beyond-super-bright multicolours and then for the next five minutes you sit back and contemplate the "psychedelic development process" on your *fried* retina.   It's an insane experiment into the perceptual psychology and physiology of human vision.

QuoteNo Woopy, I resent being called the bad guy for pushing Tinman to try to do better.  Tinman has issues with refusing to accept information that he doesn't believe is right.  It has to be "pushed and forced" into him over and over.  He also has issues where he can't admit that he made a mistake and it just becomes silly.  He can't simply say, "I admit that I made a mistake, thank you for correcting me."  His presentation of his information is fair to poor to very poor, and he doesn't believe in any kind of professional courtesy with respect to providing complete information and summarizing his data for his audience.  So for me it's too frustrating to deal with him.  Nor is Tinman any kind of special person that is above criticism.[/size]So I am not "shooting down" Tinman and I am not a "bad guy."  I think my pushing him and making demands of him are and were reasonable.  Reasonable demands, not crazy demands.  I don't have the patience that Mark or PW have and I don't believe that people should always "bend over ass-backwards" to "compensate" for Tinman's deficiencies.  I have watched many big, long, hard, grinding debates over weeks and weeks between Tinman and experts like Mark and PW where after all that time it turns out that Tinman was completely wrong.  It shouldn't be so difficult.

We all make mistakes and as a parent I learned the hard lesson that letting my kids make there own mistakes without intervention generally makes them a better person. It ruins me, it breaks my heart and it's maybe the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with but it is what it is. I'm not unlike you and I see people flogging a dead horse I flogged into a hole eight feet deep a decade ago but there is nothing that compares to hands on failure and the realization that we have lost our way to shake a person into reality. I cannot tell you how many times I have screwed up, chased ghosts of things I knew must be true but never were but at some point we learn our own lessons. They are not yours to teach they are ours to learn in our own way in our own time and the best case scenario here is to help nudge others to success. I am overly critical and condescending at times but harassing people is not the way... it doesn't work.

I was thinking we should have a critics corner kind of thread where we critics could get it on about any other thread present here without interrupting the flow. I know and no I am a critical thinker and would like to comment on many things I just don't because I see no point in it long term. Hell we could crack a beer or two and bash them , bash each other and maybe just maybe even learn something along the way...it's yoru call but I kind of like the idea.

Edit: nice last post, and that applies how intellectually speaking?.  You can do better than that ...to abstract ...no punch line... weak at best.

Knowledge without Use and Expression is a vain thing, bringing no good to its possessor, or to the race.

     AllCanadian:
The point was/ is that we are being screwed with, in many ways, (such as mind control), which does not allow us to have all the freedom, inspiration, visions, etz...  Including figuring out how to make a free energy device.  Or we'd know how to do it, already.

Tinman,

Before getting buried in noise, did you happen to see my previous post regarding supply decoupling?

(The S/N ratio on this thread has become excruciatingly low.  A new thread might have been better...)
