THEN OF ON END WIRE WINDING IS CONNECTED TO THE BEGINNING OF THE OTHER WINDING WIRE.

So they actually met with him in an appointment. Thats kind of weird they would shut down his phone and internet then meet with him. Why not just knock on his door and say stop what you are doing or we will, etc....
