In this device from Donald L. Smith  you can also  see ( if you look carefully at the pictures ) that the coils are wound opposite .... CW CCW

Don talks about something similar to what I have. Don says CW CCW for amps, the other way for Voltage. I also said similar:

Ideally, these devices work with a Step Up configuration. 1:3 is a common Ratio. That's one turn on the input to 3 turns on the output. Current, as you may think, is not stepped down as a result of the Voltage being stepped up.

Don also talks about an Earth, I too have also found an Earth can sometimes be usefull.

He says ( at 58 min. 35 sec. ) bottom half of the coil produces  Amps and top part of the coil produces Voltage.

For those wondering, the small box at the top, its a: BERTONEE NPS-12D8S Transformer

Don said this was self sustaining, in one video, there was a 12V 7AH Battery powering this deivice. He also said that this was only part of the complete device.

Before anyone runs out and replicates this device, there is something Don did avoid when questioned on it.

See attached Image, there is not only Three Coils, there may be Five Coils. It maybe the case, there is Four Coils, and this one we see clearly in the below picture, is in fact centertapped to the middle of the other two Output coils.

See on the output, there is a smaller wire attached to the output. I believe the Image above, shows the other one on the other side.
