This is the same guy who proclaimed that air conditioners are over unity devices in an interview with AAG within a couple of years of that presentation.  In order to think that a heat pump is an OU device, one has to have a really poor grasp of thermodynamics.  In the same AAG interview he said that he had been connected with people who had spent large sums of money trying to harvest Johnson Noise from diodes.  One has to be ignorant of Brillioun's work to make the mistake that diodes gate energy instead of voltage.  Could either of those huge misconceptionsany of this have to do with the fact that his Ph.D. isn't worth the paper that it's printed on?  His Ph.D. is from the defunct, never accredited, mail-order diploma mill: Kennedy Western University.  There are people who got through post grad at accredited universities who are fully entitled to the titles that they earned.  There are some very bright people who have taught themselves who deserve respect for the genuine knowledge they have acquired and skills they have developed.  And then there are posers who think that wearing a hat that lights up and says "Lion Tamer" makes them a lion tamer.
