Incredible !

The video below shows a simple disk-magnet levitating( and running like a train ) between two simple magnetic-rails.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnoz9RUoyso&feature=related

There are various other videos showing the same thing .

It appears genuine, and is sold as a toy on Ebay,  and various other sites .

For the simple disk-magnet levitating,  no superconductors, or electricity,  or anything else are used,  just normal room-temperature permanent-magnets.

    Questions :
( 1 ) -  Can anyone confirm this is 100% genuine and simply what it appears to be ?

( 2 ) -  You could keep that simple  disk-magnet  pretty still just by tilting the track( or by using magnetic-end-stoppers ),  but I assume it should continue vibrating just a little,  but even so,  surely it should not be so easy to appear to have contravened  Earnshaw's Theory  ?
