And what happen if we connect this single loop to the hv side of an other MOT.... Do we have usable power on the primary of this other MOT...?

We don't have an answer, but it seems that the closed loop wire has only current. It seems that no voltage is present in the closed loop wire.

Something very similar happens in the Barbosa-Leal system. There is a thick wire wound to a toroid that gives lot of amps.
