We should only believe such people if they allow a full inspection by a trustworthy organization. No secrets need to be discovered, just the hidden fuel tank.
The current required to generate the needed hydrogen just to push the scooter would be massive.

If it is true: It will vanish
If it is a hoax: It will vanish


You can not announce it first , without ALL the details.  Now it is too late.


If one of you ever have something like this, FIRST publish all the details, THEN state it is working.


The other way around will not be allowed due to economical and military reasons, current power structures etc.
