Alexkor solid-state charger circuits, anybody?

Hi, i am reading Patrick J. Kellys book on free-energy-info.co.uk/ and i have come to chapter 6 where he describes two charger circuits from a guy named or called Alexkor.
As i am new to electronics i thought that they seemed to be fairly simple, and i had almost all of the components at home.
I decided do get the transistors and diodes that i didn´t already have, and when they arrive with the mail i am going to do my best to put these first two circuits together.

So, my question. I was thinking that there must have been at least a few members that have had a shot at these, becouse of their simplicity?

I've built his radiant charging one from Chapter 7 with the rectifying modules and the neon + thyristor.  Have tried to modify it to run off a low amp draw JT circuit I designed.  Don't have the room for an aerial system where I live in the city right now!

Works quite well but I'm running a series of tests on it right now.  Seems the more rectifying modules I add, the lower the current draw, with the same charge cycle time.  I've just spunked an extra €80 to buy lots of diodes and caps to build more modules.  Will report back on how low I can get the current draw to go for the same level of charge cycle.

Hi i build it and yes it work.
It is much like a joule thief... In my case i have better result with the re-emf charger.

Im sorry to reply after a week or so, but i had forgot about this thread i created. Sorry again.  :)

Did you get it to perform as its claimed in the text?

I am checking out the Re-EMF, and it seems to be a very interesting device that i definently will try to replicate in the future.
I have always thought that Joule thieves wore limited to the Led,  and maybe perhaps boring if i may say so.  Until now, someone has made something new and creative with it.  :)
