Phi

Phi is just one of on infinitely countable set of similar numbers -- the PV numbers.

There is a lot of irrational (no pun intended) obsession with Phi  -- by various equivalent definitions Phi is: The golden Mean = the PV number with coefficients of 1,1 = the Algebraic integer with coefficients 1,1 = the limit of LRF (Linear Recursive Fraction and Linear Recursive Filter) with coefficients 1,1 = (1+5^0.5)/2 = 1D quasi crystal 1,1  etc ... these are all definitions of the same thing, some of which are less commonly known.

I have a lot of new information that will be released soon. I am interested in others who may have made advances in the area.
