Electricity from sugar?

But how practical is it to have a enzymes along with glucose (sugar) in your battery?

Would you be able to recharge the sugar or the enzymes?

Because North Americans eat so much sugar, I think it would be best to just eat those enzymes ourselfs are plug our selfs to a rechargeble battery, I would not be supprised to get 100v or so

This is really  old tech.the enzymes break the sugar(sucrose) down into glucose and the glucose functions same as hydrogen in a fuelcell.one would just have to add sugarwater to your cellfone every now-n-then and keep chattin for days on end.sugar is a good petrol for cellfones,but then again so is a sheet replaceable magnesium or zinc
