Polarity reversing magnet motor

Hi All,

This is one magnet motor design I haven't seen anywhere before. It uses the impact force of the magnet to affect change in flipping the magnet through a weighted lever arm. Like all patents you have to take them with a grain of salt something could be missing, intentionally left out or just non-functional. I stick it in the bakery for now.

Thanks for posting that. I had not seen it before. Still can't make out how it's supposed to function yet.

Once you see that the device attempts to use gravity to operate the magnet rotation, you quickly can see it does not work.
There are many other interesting patents at that same link.
It's like they are only patenting the concept with no workable device, then if anyone ever found a way to get it to work they could make claim.

They probably never renewed the patent after giving it some thought.

Once you see that the device attempts to use gravity to operate the magnet rotation...

I see it using the inertia or flywheel effect of part #4 to keep part #1 rotating but I don't see how part #12 or #13 play a part in all of that. Looks part #7 gets stopped by 12 and 13 but 1 can continue to rotate from the inertia of 4.

Not sure what causes 12 and 13 to stop part of the device.
