Ouch!

Was not exactly an assesment, but feel free to vent your morning wake up call on me!.

I would not dismiss it entirley, Put a metal plate on a surface and bring a magnet close enough above and you can create that effect. The actual rotation looks familiar to what you get with the Hamel spinner. Okay the Hamel Spinner uses a magnet on Pinball but to reproduce those same effects is not difficult.
So maybe there is a magnet in the middle of that lump that is dancing around. If there is then even placing a very big magnet below the table would make the same effect.
No need for electronic magnet coils.

Permanent magnets are used in alot of magic tricks and if you do a quick search on google you will see there is a huge amount of Magic tricks you can purchase off the shelves to give a number of different dancing effects with objects.

Sean.

I'm not too sure your assesment is any better then the person who posted the video on your tube.

Hi Les

Yep that is the same as the Hamel spinner.

The guys on the video clip say it was from Billy Meier http://www.billymeier.com/ via the aliens from the Pleiadians where as it seems to originate from David Hamel http://www.world-famous.com/DavidHamel.html again passed on from Alien sources.

Mmm. Okay, so you don't think it's something like what's shown about 6 mins into this video?

http://http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6530165466308380947

Which looks like the sort of thing Clanzer is describing.  I thought that was a good explanation, although it does still leave me wondering how the object lifted up.

I'd try to contact the guy who posted it on youtube and ask him about it, but I'm a bit wary.  It looks like the clip originated elsewhere and he's just appropriated it for his own purposes.

The video looks and sounds like it was shot in a school somewhere in England.  Does anyone know anything more about it?

Les.

I apoligise if my reply seemed rude, but I was only trying to be quite clear that the effects observed it the video were not created with a hand held magnet. If you download the video and veiw the frame by frame of the levitation you'll realize its a optical illusion and the object never leaves the table. A hammel spinner uses the same concepts as a levatron and would not cause the observed effects. If there is any need for clarification on those two points I would be more then happy to further discuss my thoughts.

Once again sorry if my post came out wrong.

Ahh, yes.  It does look now like the object never leaves the table.  Even without slowing down the video, you can see the metallic blurriness beneath the object, and you can hear too that there's constant contact between it and the table.  Thanks for pointing that out.
