It was rumoured that this machine was never built. It all is supposedly a photo-montage by an artist, some strange art project.

Of course, nobody really knows what is true or not.

It is hard to believe that anybody with a sound mind would build such a gigantic contraption. If the principle is valid, a smaller scale model would be enough.
