I do like to Think he is driving in some beautiful part of the world taking in the views and eating cheeseburgers...

I'm *reasonably sure TK is alive. Less than two hours ago, he posted under another alias on a different forum.
Not sure if he'll post here at some point, but I'll pass along your concern.
