I need help with my lasersaber ez spin motor wiring

I cannot get this to work, 6 coils are tested and good. spin free 5min easy. when I wire this unit with and without a reed switch it doesnt work and also reduces spin by the reed switch creating a force by the magnets pulling to it. can somone help me how to wire this motor
