...but that's from 2009 when they did not even think of having two molten streams of silver enclosed in a graphite sphere.
If you have a video showing that sphere absorbing the extreme UV light on the inside and heating up to incandescence on outside, you will make a believer.

Looks like 25 years , ...but their power density has been improving exponentially with time ...and now they showcase a working prototype that you can see here.

The claim by BLP, however, is implausible, because that much energy and that high temperature, combined with the evolved gases, would destroy that nice graphite sphere structure in a minute. ("minute" here meaning an unspecified but relatively short time interval.)

Elsewhere in the video that is addressed by pressure equalization outside and inside of that graphite sphere.
Inside the sphere is silver, and the atmosphere of 97% Argon and 3% Hydrogen so no potential for chemical reaction and the evolution of additional gasses...unless water or oxygen gets in there.

What miracle solder is used to solder up that copper piping?

Elsewhere in the video that is addressed by retracting these heating coils after the initial startup (the silver melting phase) and pumping water through these coils/pipes to cool them and the remainder of the apparatus..

I am just answering your questions because it seems that you have not watched all of the available videos.
I am not a believer.  I would be if I saw that graphite sphere heated up to incandescence.  So far I have not - just spetroscopy and calorimetry measurements in this video.

In this video there is the claim of 3000ºK temperature of the graphite sphere (the black body radiator).

More than 99% of the light coming out of Randall Mill's SunCell is in the invisible hard UV range (10nm - 250nm).  Photovoltaic cells are insensitive to these wavelengths !!!
That's why Mill's surrounds his plasma with a graphite sphere that is supposed to absorb the UV light and heat up to 3000ºK, which makes it glow with blackbody radiation on the outside of that sphere...effectively re-emitting the energy in the form of longer wavelength light.

Blackbody radiation at 3000ºK consists of much lower light frequencies, to which photovoltaic cells are sensitive to.  To achieve ~40% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency, these PV cells must be the expensive 3-layer kind.
This UV --> GlowingBlackbody --> PV --> Electricity conversion, is the Achille's heal of his device, especially that graphite burns up in oxygen at these temperatures, unless it is surrounded by Argon, etc...
