.....as a celestial mechanical oscillation (Earth-Moon rotating "seesaw"...) , at :

It plays as a continuous spinning eccentered mass around a fulcrum.
If we intend to attach ourselves to this kind of motion , in some manner ,  we can play variable / oscillatory leverage , but maintaining the center of mass on the same side of the fulcrum.
