Your video is similar to following video which creates a balance of attractive and repulsive forces.   It does not create a unidirectional force.

There is no unidirectional force in the other video either.
As you see when the rolling magnet also repels to the right, not only to the left.


There is no observable unidirection. That would only be because the rolling magnet is placed on a properiate place before releasing.
