So it knows what "gans" is???

zinc from the salt, cuprous oxide, and aluminum
form a battery.


I have a few of these on my desk.


They also have thermal and photovoltaic effects.

more fun, replace the aluminum with non-oxidized copper
Place in a clear plastic solo cup
And make a solar cell


Replace aluminum with carbon, with only a small electrolyte gap
and make a Peltier/seedbeck cell
